Otakon 2010 Photos
Friday, September 3, 2010
Here's the collection of photos that we took at Otakon 2010. This year they have been split into two groups:
The first group are entirely Clamp characters. These were mostly pictures taken during the Clamp photoshoots that we attended. These shoots were a blast and we met a bunch of other people who also love Clamp! We also saw some great Clamp cosplayers that were not at the photoshoots, but we included any pictures we took of them in this album as well.

The second group are all of the other pictures that we took at the convention. Congratulations to everyone on their cosplays and for making Otakon so much fun!

ACen 2010 Recap - Part 3
Monday, May 24, 2010
The first thing I did after getting to the con was … get my picture taken. I didn’t even manage to make it past the lobby before being stopped for the first time. I have a relatively popular cosplay, so this happens frequently. My favorite part of conventions is walking around and seeing the many cosplayers. I spend most of my day at a con taking pictures and getting my picture taken. I love cosplaying.
ACen Recap - Part 1 - Cosplay
Monday, May 17, 2010
This is the first of a short series of articles recapping this year's ACen 2010. As usual there were a ton of great cosplayers. I've collected a few of my favorites here on Ending B (see more after the jump). The full collection is viewable over on my Picasa Web Album here: picasaweb.com/eric.kociecki/ACen2010.
Acen 2010

We're packing up and heading off to Acen right NOW! Expect pictures and updates here throughout the weekend! (unless we don't have internet)
Things I Love, Things I Hate

Things I love: Love.
Things I hate: monthly fees to play games.
Things that put the above in perspective: Eskil's rants.
Things that were released today: Love
The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
Thursday, February 18, 2010
Where did she go, you ask? Well right on over to Japanese theaters, that's where! The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya opened in Japanese theaters on February 6th and has been doing pretty well as far as anime movies go. This is a full-length movie clocking in at just over 2 hours and 40 minutes in length and as far as I know that's all original footage (no Endless Eight shenanigans). No word yet on a US release.
Ohayocon Day 2 Snapshot
Saturday, February 6, 2010
I know this is exactly one week late, but I wanted to let everyone know that I am working on a larger Ohayocon summary post that will be up in the next week or two. Until then, enjoy these pictures that I was in the process of posting last Sunday morning while waiting for people to wake up for Ohayocon.
UPDATE: Most of the pics are posted here: http://picasaweb.google.com/eric.kociecki/Ohayocon2010. This is my first time using Picasa's Web Albums, so please use the comments here if you have any issues with viewing the pictures.
Ohayocon 2010 Day One
Saturday, January 30, 2010
One day down and I'm awake nice and early getting ready for the second day. Not much to say about Friday, but we had a lot of fun. Met some new people, saw some old friends, took pictures of complete strangers, and chatted with all. Click for more more cosplay pictures after the jump.
Ohayocon 2010

C-C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER! That was close! Our most prolific author, Craig, was one post away from owning the entire front page.
Back on topic ... Ohayocon is one week away! It's time to break out your costumes, brush up on your Nipponese, and ride the nearest cat bus to downtown Columbus. The Ending B crew will be there in force partaking of the usual anime and Japanese-inspired activities.
Usually in these pre-con posts I advertise for our friend Kim's Artist Alley table, but this year she won't be there. Instead I'm gonna highly recommend that everyone check out three panels hosted by the friendly folks from Borderline Hikikomori. The first panel is a Soul Eater fan panel. The other two panels are about creating and running an anime blog. You can check out their schedule for these panels at their site.
Hope to see lots of people there for another great convention!
Yeah Toast!

Random Ending B related trivia for the day:
The most common search term that leads people to our site is "toast." Link below the picture to read more about this oddity.
