You Got Professor Layton in my Ace Attorney. Cool Beans
Tuesday, October 19, 2010
My brother found this on YouTube... OH MY GOD THIS LOOKS AWESOME!
Since it's all in Japanese, I have no clue what this is. All I can gather is that it's going to be a 3DS title. All I know is... I need to go buy Professor Layton... all of them... and a 3DS... Hmmmmmm...
Dear Nintendo,

ACen 2010 Recap - Part 3
Monday, May 24, 2010
The first thing I did after getting to the con was … get my picture taken. I didn’t even manage to make it past the lobby before being stopped for the first time. I have a relatively popular cosplay, so this happens frequently. My favorite part of conventions is walking around and seeing the many cosplayers. I spend most of my day at a con taking pictures and getting my picture taken. I love cosplaying.
When the Cicadas Cry: Season 1 Review
Sunday, February 28, 2010
If you've been around the internet, and especially 4chan, you've probably seen this demotivational poster
It may be my morbid sense of humor, or my desire to find out why she's laughing so manically, but this poster made me want to go out and watch this series.
When the Cicadas Cry takes place in Japan over the course of a few days in June of 1983. The main character, Keiichi Maebara, has recently moved from a big city to the tiny town of Hinamizawa and is finally adjusting to life there with the help of his new female friends.
The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
Thursday, February 18, 2010
Where did she go, you ask? Well right on over to Japanese theaters, that's where! The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya opened in Japanese theaters on February 6th and has been doing pretty well as far as anime movies go. This is a full-length movie clocking in at just over 2 hours and 40 minutes in length and as far as I know that's all original footage (no Endless Eight shenanigans). No word yet on a US release.
Ohayocon AMV Goodness
Tuesday, February 2, 2010
Hello all! All of us at Ending B had a great time at Ohayocon this year. Since I've now started to attend the AMV contest panels this year, I thought it would be fun to share some of the ones that we watched. Though I had an extreme few to chose from (both from YouTube and Google), I picked out three that were fun to watch. I hope you enjoy them.
All AMVs featured are done so with permission from their creators.

Before we get any further, the next two AMV's are from the action category. While the first has a fair amount of fighting, the last one contains explicit scenes of violence and gore (thank you Resident Evil for that phrase).
What I Did Over Winter Break
Monday, January 11, 2010
Hey all! Been doing a lot of work over break (with working on my thesis, writing comics, and working on art), but I still managed to take some time to do some fun things over break. Here's what I've been up to. But first, let's start off the new year (or decade?) with...
Over winter break, I played Tekken 6 and Final Fantasy X, and I watched some of Spice and Wolf. Here's what I thought of each.
Haruhi within Haruhi
Friday, May 29, 2009
Not content with normal methods of showing off its new season of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Kyoto Animation hid the first episode within a re-airing of the first season.
Acen 2009 Report: Day Three
Sunday, May 10, 2009
Acen 2009 is over, and we are tired! I'm back at Kim's place for the night after a 7 hour drive from Chicagoland. Sunday was slower than the other days, but we still saw quite a few cosplayers. Artist's Alley was looking a little dead though as some artists left early (including us, we left an hour before close). Steve had to leave early in the afternoon to catch a flight back home. As usual, check out more pictures after the jump!
Acen 2009 Report: Day Two
Sunday, May 10, 2009
Day two is over and my wallet is emptier. I spent a good amount of time scouring the Dealer's Room today for a couple of movies. Kim seemed to have a pretty good day selling her artwork in Artist's Alley. Honestly there isn't much to say about today. It was fun, but pretty much more of the same. Hit up the jump for some pictures though.
Acen 2009 Report: Day One
Saturday, May 9, 2009
Day one is finished and everyone else in our hotel room is asleep. It's way too late at night/early in the morning, so I'm gonna try to make this quick. We arrived at the hotel yesterday evening, about an hour after Artist Alley registration closed. I already had my con badge, so this wasn't an issue for me, but it meant that Kim would need to wake up a bit earlier tomorrow to get everything taken care of before setting up her tables. This morning we headed over to start the con! Read more after the jump.
